Attending a 5 year old birthday party. Good space. It may need a refurbish, but generally ok.
Visited for kids soft play. Very basic and was in a temporary room I believe. But for the price my son had fun. He was the only child there though!

Glenn is a great motivator who certainly knows his stuff! The sessions are challenging and varied ...you never get bored as he always has more routines to try out with you. When the weather is fine he will take sessions outdoors and have you running up and down hillsides! I have trained with Glenn for 18months now so I guess that is the biggest recommendation I can offer. It does make a difference to your life...especially to us 60 something year olds!
After a bad injury last year to my knee i faced a long recovery to anything like normal fitness. Bless the NHS but they just weren't helping. Not only was the knee very sore but I had lost a lot of strength and muscle as a result of months of rest and laying about waiting for it to heal. Enter Glenn Hill! Glenn helped me find exercises that not only didn't hurt but rebuilt the muscle around my torn cartilage. Being able to exercise and build strength also brought back confidence and overcame mental barriers associated with post injury exercise. I was working towards a skiing holiday that i had booked before injury and was facing the prospect of cancelling it, but thanks to Glenn I was able to go skiing and enjoy 5 out of 7 days on the mountain with some rest and rehab exercises in between that Glenn had recommended.

Very basic but very affordable. You can pay on a month by month basis so no tie ins. Don't expect the latest machines in a pristine environment - if that what you're after then pay the extra at the other gyms in the city. But, if you're looking for a range of equipment that will do the job at the right price, then this is a great option. The negatives: the lockers are a bit dodgy and the opening times could do with being longer.
Great place to work out and friendly staff
